Villa Accomodation Details:
This traditional Mallorcan house is situated just off the road between Pollensa Town (1 km) and the beaches and limited nightlife of Puerto Pollensa (4 km &ndash - easily reached by bus), - and is ideally placed for those who don&rsquo - t want to use their car too much, - as there is a supermarket 400m away and the shops and restaurants of Pollensa are only 10-12 min walk. Villa Panada has a pretty flower-filled garden and private swimming pool at the rear of the house, - as well as a magnificent outdoor BBQ/kitchen/dining area by the pool. Inside, - the house is comfortably furnished in local style, - with a mixture of rustic and antique furniture, - colourful modern paintings, - and wooden beams. There is an agricultural shop and garden centre next door, - but be careful what you buy here, - as not all plants can be brought back to the UK!

Inside, - the house is comfortably furnished in local style, - with a mixture of rustic and antique furniture, - colourful modern paintings, - and wooden beams. There is an agricultural shop and garden centre next door, - but be careful what you buy here, - as not all plants can be brought back to the UK!
Two storeys, - but only the ground floor is used. A gate leads from the parking area at the front round to the back of the house and a spacious shaded terrace. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD player, - two double bedrooms, - one twin and a full bathroom. Separate doors from the terrace open to a further bathroom, - kitchen with full cooker, - fridge and microwave, - utility room with washing machine. An archway leads from the covered terrace to the pool area, - sun terraces and superb BBQ/outdoor living room. Fans are provided. Free safe.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, - linen once. Minimum stay 5 nights, - arrive any day.
We can pre-book private airport transfers from/to your villa for you - please ensure you give us your flight details. You pay the driver a set price for each journey (depending on the size of your party and vehicle required), - full instructions will be provided with your final documents.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
