Villa Accomodation Details:
Las Porqueras is a charming country house that has been tastefully decorated and furnished to make a most comfortable holiday home with lots of character. Set in the pretty valley of Son March, - 5 km from Pollensa, - set 300m back from the Pollensa &ndash - Soller road, - the property is surrounded by the picturesque foothills of the Tramontana mountains. The private kidney shaped swimming pool (8m x 5m, - depth 1.2m to 2m) is surrounded by extensive lawns and sun terraces, - with wonderful views in an idyllic setting - ideal for families wanting peace, - beauty and seclusion within easy driving distance of the town and beaches.
One storey. The pretty interior combines a blend of traditional period furniture with stylish modern touches. The entrance under the gorgeous front shaded terrace and porch with BBQ leads into a lounge/dining room with satellite TV/DVD. Fitted kitchen with hob/oven, - microwave, - fridge and dishwasher. Rear terrace and utility room with washing machine. Two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom (one with basic TV and DVD), - double bedroom with en suite full bathroom. Free safe. Fans are provided.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel, - linen once. Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
