Villa Accomodation Details:
Villa Roqueta is very conveniently located on the outskirts of Pollenca Town, - with an easy walk to main plaza where you will find many Tapas bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. It is hard to believe you are only a few minutes drive from cosmopolitan Puerto Pollensa (6km) with its miles of long sandy beaches. The villa' - s pretty and well maintained gardens have spacious furnished sun terraces surrounding the 8m x 4m mosaic tiled swimming pool with Roman steps (depth 1m to 2m). The covered BBQ terrace overlooks the lawned garden area where there is plenty of room for children to play.
Two storeys. Furnished throughout to a good standard, - all the rooms are spacious, - light and airy and kept cool during the hot summer months by thick walls. Lounge/dining room with Satellite TV with BBC 1, - 2, - 3, - 4, - DVD/CD player, - feature fireplace and comfortable sofa seating area. The kitchen has dishwasher, - microwave, - fridge/freezer, - and electric oven and hob. The washing machine is housed in an external laundry room. Two attractive bedrooms, - one double, - with private safety deposit box, - and one twin share the adjacent full bath/shower room. Upstairs is the master twin bedroom with door to a terrace and full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning included in the price.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, - linen once.
We can pre-book private airport transfers from/to your villa for you - please ensure you give us your flight details. You pay the driver a set price for each journey (depending on the size of your party and vehicle required), - full instructions will be provided with your final documents.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
