Villa Accomodation Details:
This charming and very popular villa is ideally situated in the La Font residential area, - just 4-5 min drive or 20 min walk from historic Pollensa Town (where there is a variety of excellent restaurants, - pavement cafes and interesting shops) and 6 km from the beaches and many amenities of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Set in a pretty, - flower filled garden with private oval-shaped swimming pool (8m x 4m, - depth 1m to 2m with ladder), - terraces offering both sun and shade and an impressive BBQ area, - Voleta also enjoys superb views over Pollensa from its balcony and roof terrace. With recent improvements such as a new kitchen and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, - this homely and comfortable villa is beautifully maintained and cared for, - and makes an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday within easy reach of all amenities at any time of the year. Highly recommended.
Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with fireplace, - satellite TV and DVD, - fitted kitchen with full cooker, - fridge/freezer, - microwave, - washing machine and dishwasher. Upstairs are a small double bedroom and two larger twins (one with balcony), - plus a full bathroom. Further stairs up to a roof terrace with magnificent panoramic views. There is a shaded dining terrace and further shower/WC outside by the BBQ area. Free safe. Air conditioning/heating included in all bedrooms at no extra charge.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, - linen once. Minimum Stay 5 nights, - arrive any day.
We can pre-book private airport transfers from/to your villa for you - please ensure you give us your flight details. You pay the driver a set price for each journey (depending on the size of your party and vehicle required), - full instructions will be provided with your final documents.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
