Villa Accomodation Details:
Picarol Petit is a lovely one bedroom villa with private swimming pool for couples who wish to enjoy privacy in the countryside but also be close to all amenities and the beaches. The house is situated along the old road that links Pollensa old town (5 km) with Pollensa bay (1 km), - and is just 4 min drive to the resort of Puerto Pollensa. Surrounded by countryside, - this light and airy villa is well furnished throughout, - with lovely views, - a private pool bordered by lawns and sun terraces, - plus a shaded terrace and BBQ. It is rare to find villas with pools for couples in Mallorca, - so this house is very popular.
Two storeys. Cosy lounge/dining area with sofa bed, - satellite TV/DVD/CD player. Open plan kitchen area with hob/oven, - microwave, - fridge and washing machine. Shower/WC. Upstairs is an air conditioned (at no charge) double bedroom. Free safe.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel, - linen once. Minimum stay 4 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
