Villa Accomodation Details:
This charming villa is situated in a peaceful countryside location in the C&rsquo - an Xoti area, - approx 3 km from both the beach resort Puerto Pollensa and the historic old town of Pollensa. Lovely country and mountain views can be enjoyed from the swimming pool (8m x 4m, - depth 1.4m to 2.1m) area, - sun terraces and spacious lawned gardens. Villa Tofol also has a pretty shaded veranda with BBQ at the front of the house, - ideal for an al fresco meal, - whilst the private pool and gardens are at the rear and bordered by hedges for privacy. Inside, - the house is comfortably furnished and well equipped, - with the bonus of air conditioning.
One storey. Veranda leading to front door and into lounge/dining room furnished in Mallorcan style with satellite TV/DVD. Modern fitted kitchen with full cooker, - fridge, - microwave, - and dishwasher. Double bedroom with en suite shower/WC, - two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. Outside kitchen/BBQ area with washing machine and further shower/WC. Free safe.
Lounge and bedrooms all have air conditioning/heating at no extra charge.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel, - linen once. Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
