Villa Accomodation Details:
This recently built development of just 15 villas is very conveniently situated just 100m from Matagorda beach and 150m from the nearest bars, - restaurants and shopping centre. Built into the hillside with sea views, - Salinas de Matagorda offers spacious accomodation, - with the added advantage of private swimming pools (each 6m x 3m, - depth 1.1m to 1.8m with ladder). Each house is well equipped and also has its own sun terrace, - BBQ and private parking, - and is ideal for those looking for an inexpensive villa close to the beach and all amenities.
Puerto del Carmen, - with its lively bars, - excellent beach, - shopping and good nightlife, - is just 3km away, - whilst the area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, - Teguise golf course or exploring the island.
Two bedroom villa - one or two levels. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD player, - fitted kitchen with hob/oven, - fridge, - microwave, - dishwasher and washing machine, - 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, - 2 bathrooms, - sun terraces and swimming pool with sea views.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Min stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
