Villa Accomodation Details:
This very pleasant country villa is handily situated just 3.5 km from the village of San Jose (where there is a good selection of shops, - cafes and restaurants) and 3 km from the beach at Ses Boques near Es Cubells on the exclusive south coast of Ibiza, - whilst the superb beach of Cala d&rsquo - Hort is just 10 min drive away. There is also a local shop 5 min walk away. With views over the wooded hills, - Can Jaume Torrer is built in typical Ibicencan style and offers a peaceful situation with easy access to beaches, - restaurants as well as Ibiza Town and San Antonio (both approx.20 min drive). Lovingly looked after by its proud owner, - it offers simple but very comfortable accommodation, - and is very popular with families or a group of friends, - many of whom return year after year.

One storey. A shaded dining terrace with BBQ leads into a lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, - DVD and CD player, - kitchen with fridge/freezer, - full cooker and washing machine. Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, - two further twins and a shower/WC. Free safe. Two steps lead down from the terrace to the private swimming pool (9m x 4m, - depth 1.2m to 1.8m, - with ladder) and sun terraces, - with lovely views over the countryside, - the coast and towards Formentera.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Any day arrivals, - min stay 7 nights.
