Villa Accomodation Details:
This attractive bungalow-style property is situated in a quiet residential area approx 3.5kms from the nearest village, - although the nearest restaurant is approx 1.5kms away. Villa Francesca offers wonderful panoramic views, - has been furnished as if it were a private home and has a delightful fully enclosed, - large garden with tranquil areas for relaxing. It has a good-sized pool and solarium. The spacious living / dining room opens onto a loggia with table and chairs for outside dining. The friendly, - but unobtrusive, - owners live in a self-contained apartment on the lower ground floor with a completely separate garden and entrance to ensure clients&rsquo - privacy, - but are always on hand to pass on their excellent knowledge of the area. This is an excellent base for touring southern Tuscany, - with Volterra 19kms away, - San Gimignano 26kms, - Siena 39kms and even Florence at 55kms. The nearest villages are Castel San Gimignano and Campiglia, - both approx 3.5kms distant. International airports: Florence 55 km/Pisa 73 km.
Ground floor: L-shaped living / dining room, - open-plan kitchen, - 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower, - 1 twin with en suite bathroom. Satellite TV, - video, - dishwasher, - microwave.
Breakage deposit of 150&euro - to be lodged directly with owner and refunded on departure. Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Any day changeover. Pool open 1st May - 15th Oct.
