Villa Accomodation Details:
Just 500 metres from the town of Sant Agata, - with its restaurants, - shops and bus services to Sorrento, - Villa Gesina offers completely private accommodation with stunning sea views. Approached through electric gates and down a lane to a private parking area, - Villa Gesina is set into the hillside and offers terraces at every level. The lower level terrace, - approached by a series of stone steps leading from the house, - has an above ground private swimming pool. From the living room, - there is also an extensive covered dining terrace and barbecue and the first floor bedroom also has a terrace which is approached from ground level outside. Car hire is recommended, - but not essential and transfers can be arranged.
Ground floor: large living/dining room opening to dining terrace, - kitchen with microwave and washing machine, - double bedroom with shower room. First floor: double bedroom with terrace, - bathroom with hip bath. Private car parking.
Breakage deposit of &euro - 300 to be lodged with owner and refunded on departure. Weekly cleaning with final cleaning charge of &euro - 50. Cot and highchair available on request &euro - 52 each per week. Charge of &euro - 55 for late arrivals after 20:00. Pool open 15th May to 2nd October. Saturday changeover.
Linen: Included with towels.
