Villa Location Description: Approached by a private driveway, - these newly-built apartments are part of a modern country house whose other apartments are occupied by the friendly and considerate owners. This is an unusually peaceful setting for this area and the terraces surrounding the house offer panoramic sea views. The gardens surrounding the property are well-maintained and add to the relaxing atmosphere with pretty flowering shrubs and trees. The hamlet of Torcal is tiny, - but has a restaurant, - café - and small food shop within walking distance (approx 200ms). The larger town of Sant Agata, - with a variety of shops and restaurants is just over 1 km away. Buses run from the nearby hamlet to Santa Agata, - from where there are many buses to Sorrento and along the coast, - but car hire is recommended here and there is adequate parking for one car for each apartment.
