Nearest restaurant, - tennis and small supermarket at Durfort-Lacapelette, - 5 min drive. Wider choice of shops, - supermarkets, - bike hire at Moissac 15 min drive with its lovely abbey church cloister. Riding at Lauzerte 10 km, - also at St Nicolas-de-la-Grave 22 km, - with its large swimming lake/leisure park and windsurfing.9 hole golf course at Espalais and Castelnau-Montratier, - each 30 min drive. Visit Montauban, - 35 min drive with attractive rose-pink brick buildings and fine view of the Tarn river from the C14th bridge. Explore the gorges of the Aveyron river, - St Antonin-Noble-Val for canoeing, - and the lovely hill-top medieval villages of Bruniquel and Cordes. International airport: Toulouse 86 km.

This large detached farmhouse is at the end of a quiet lane serving a tiny hill-top hamlet of 3 houses, - with restored old farm buildings and pigeonnier which overlook woods, - orchards and rough meadows. Paved/gravelled area all around the house. Garden with shrubs and mown grass area slopes away steeply in some places to rough woodland and meadows beyond. Spacious partially-covered terrace with drinks fridge and BBQ next to large pool 12 x 6 x 1-1.9m depth with security fence and roman steps. Table tennis and small folding billiard table.

Large sitting room with sofa and armchairs, - dining table seats 12, - open fire with wood burning stove, - french windows to garden. Farmhouse-style fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Bed 1: 2 singles. Large Bed 2: 2 wide antique singles, - french windows to garden. Bed 3: wide antique single, - french windows to garden. Shower room. Sep WC. Bath/shower/WC with washing machine. Study area with desk. Open-tread stairs to attic bedrooms, - all very pleasant, - well furnished rooms with velux windows, - but with some low beams, - low doorways and areas of low headroom. Bed 4: 2 singles. Bed 5: 3 singles. Beds 4 and 5 more suitable for small children. Bed 6: double, - narrow low doorway with curtain, - washbasin, - door to balcony. Bath/WC. Cot and highchair on request. Internet access available, - clients must bring own laptop. Recommended as an excellent property. Any day start (Saturday arrival in July and August), - 7 night min stay.
