Villa Accomodation Details:
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac opposite one of Vale do Lobo&rsquo - s golf courses, - this charming and beautifully maintained villa has a spacious lawned garden filled with flowering shrubs, - bordered by hedges for privacy, - as well as a kidney shaped private swimming pool 7m x 3m, - depth 0.9m to 2m, - with roman steps), - sun terraces and shaded dining terrace with BBQ. It is just 1.5 km to the main square and beach of Vale do Lobo, - with a wide selection of cafes and restaurants, - although there is also a smaller shopping centre with a restaurant just 5 min walk away. The larger town of Almancil is just 5 km away. Inside, - Vivary 34 is tastefully furnished and well equipped for a relaxing holiday in a near-perfect location.
Two storeys. Downstairs is a lounge/dining room with satellite TV, - CD and DVD players, - plus patio doors to garden, - small fitted kitchen with full cooker, - fridge/freezer, - microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside). Two twin bedrooms with fans, - full bathroom. Upstairs is a further twin bedroom with fan, - en suite bathroom and large balcony.
Maid service and towel change twice weekly, - linen change weekly.
Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels.
