Villa Accomodation Details:
Just 1 km to shops and restaurants in Claviers, - an ancient hilltop village in a delightfully unspoilt wooded region. Bargemon 6 km has tennis courts and restaurants. Long sandy beaches at Fré - jus 45 km, - whilst neighbouring St Raphaë - l 47 km has a lovely port and great shopping. Pavement café - s and local market produce to be found in Draguignan 22 km. Lac de St Cassien for watersports 28 km. International airport Nice 80 km.
A 200-year old bergerie, - extended and modernised to create a lovely home in a sunny and blissfully quiet situation, - set high on a steep hillside, - within 2 acres of rambling, - terraced garden, - with cork oaks, - olive trees, - and superb views towards the Massif des Maures. Fenced pool 8 x 4 x 1-2m depth with security immersion alarm, - pool house with shower/WC, - and covered shelter with protective wall. Clients should be aware there is a 4m drop from the terrace area, - protected by 2 horizontal bars.
Well-maintained and consistently praised.
