Situated 5 min from the delightful hilltop village of Fayence with shops, - café - s, - restaurants and colourful Provencal market. Salernes, - 54 km, - famous for its ceramics and in the valley of Breque. Lac St. Cassien is approx 10 min away and has pedalos and boat hire, - ideal for watersports and other outside activities. Sandy beaches at Mandelieu 30 km and Cannes 38 km with boutique shops. International airport: Nice 59 km / Marseille 176 km.
Traditional quality &lsquo - Bastide&rsquo - style villa in a secluded wooded countryside location with easy access to footpaths. Extensive terrace outside of the house equipped with quality outdoor furniture including a teak dining table and BBQ. Steps down to lower terrace and private pool 8.5 x 4 m x 1.0 - 1.6 m with immersion alarm surrounded by attractive gardens. Boules court.
Large living/dining area with TV, - DVD, - fireplace and french doors to terrace. Dining area leads onto well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Small breakfast room leads off of the kitchen and has access to outside terrace. Study leads off of breakfast room with card/board games available for client&rsquo - s use.
