Villa Accomodation Details:
Forcalqueiret 2 km, - a typical French village with tree-lined square, - basic shops and pavement cafà - © - s. Many good restaurants in surrounding villages. Brignoles 12 km for wider range of shops, - restaurants, - local market, - and with 18-hole golf course (Golf Sainte Baume) 30 km. Sandy beaches at Hyà - ¨ - res 40 km or Le Lavandou 50 km. Provenà - § - al beauty spots and historic monuments are virtually on the doorstep. Lovely walking country. International: airports Toulon-Hyà - ¨ - res 45 km/Marseille 100 km.
This modern detached house with character is approached via a rough track about 300m long, - in places quite steep and - not suitable for low-slung cars.  - The villa is set in very large grounds, - on a wooded hillside below a ruined chà - ¢ - teau, - with views over the valley. Lawned garden with bamboo-roofed loggia giving shade - built-in BBQ. Heated secure walled pool 10 x 4 x 1.5m depth with security gate. Illuminated boules area for competitive fun after dinner! Tennis court on site but surface is not in perfect condition. Table tennis on request from keyholder.  -
Spacious open-plan living/dining room with sofa and seating area, - feature fireplace, - TV, - french doors to terrace. Dining area with large table and benches, - separated by breakfast bar from bright, - colourful fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Bed 1: king-size. French doors to terrace.
