Le Thoronet village 2 km for basic shops, - restaurants and its famous abbey founded in 1146. Supermarkets and larger choice of shops at Le Luc 11 km. Medieval Lorgues for restaurants, - café - s, - tennis and Tuesday market 12 km. Sandy beaches of St Aygulf and Cogolin or the chic resort of St Tropez all within 45 km. Watersports at picturesque Lac de-Ste-Croix 58 km. International airports: Nice 100 km/Marseille 120 km.
Detached, - secluded Provenç - al villa, - set in a V-shape of extensive terraced woodland grounds, - accessed by rough track of approx 500m - care with low-slung cars. Steps down to excellent security fenced pool 9.5 x 4.5 x 1.1-1.6m depth with corner steps and pool-house with shower/WC. Attractive covered terrace at front of house with built-in BBQ. At the back of the house is a newly built luxurious terrace with teak table and chairs, - and pretty view out over woodland and the pool. Boules pitch.
Entrance hall and sep WC. Sitting room with leather sofa, - 2 armchairs, - wood fire with glass door, - TV, - and 2 sets of french windows to open terrace. French windows to conservatory area with table and chairs. Kitchen with table and 4 chairs, - dishwasher, - microwave. Passageway to shower room / WC with washing machine and drier. Bed 1: wide double, - french windows to open terrace overlooking pool. Bed 2: 2 singles. Stairs with rope banister to Bed 3: 2 singles. Also folding bed. Cot and highchair on request.
