Just 2 km to pretty village of Montauroux with restaurants, - bars and local shops. Tennis and riding in nearby Callian 3 km. Choice of golf courses in the area including Mandelieu-la-Napoule 25 km. Sandy beaches at Mandelieu 25 km and Cannes 35 km, - also with great boutique shopping. Ideal for visiting vineyards in the region and chic resorts of the Riviera. Lac de-St-Cassien for watersports including windsurfing and choice of restaurants with terraces overlooking lake 8 km. Provenç - al markets at Fayence 8 km or Grasse 22 km. International airports: Nice 56 km/Toulon 121 km.
This old stone farmhouse has been extended and renovated to form two separate villas let as one property, - set in a peaceful situation in extensive grounds including an olive grove, - just outside the village.
