8 km from delightful Provenç - al hilltop village of Fayence, - with shops, - restaurants and excellent local market. Exclusive golf course (2 x 18-holes) approx 15 min walk. Tennis 3 km. Lovely sandy beaches of Fré - jus Plage 25 km, - other resorts within 30 km, - Cannes and its famous yacht marina 45 km. Lac de St-Cassien 8 km for windsurfing and other watersports. Lovers of real Provence will enjoy the true flavour of the ' - ' - arriè - re pays' - ' - , - winding mountain roads, - picturesque medieval villages and the opportunity to sit lazily in the sun at pavement café - s sipping a favourite drink. International airport Nice 66 km.
This house is a delight! The saline, - self-cleaning, - 13.75 x 5 x 1.35-2.2m depth pool with security immersion alarm can be heated on request and is set in extensive grounds with a fine, - well-kept terraced garden containing mature trees, - olive orchard and vineyard. Pool house. Boules area, - badminton court, - table tennis, - tennis training wall and children' - ' - s swings. Built in BBQ. The facilities are excellent for large family gatherings.
