Villa Accomodation Details:
Restaurant within walking distance and a 3 km drive into the pretty village of Tourtour for shops and well respected restaurants quoted in the Michelin guide, - some with fabulous views. A very beautiful part of Provence close to the Gorges du Verdon, - 30 km for canoeing and other outdoor activities. The lively town of Lorgues is 20 km for markets, - shops, - nightlife and museums. Golf in St Maxime 61 km. International airports Toulon 86 km/Nice 100 km.
Situated on a private estate this independent villa is in a peaceful, - wooded area with views of mountain woods. Enclosed garden surrounded by hedges and trees assures privacy and one side has immediate access to the forest for pretty walks to Tourtour. Lovely sun terrace with sun loungers surround the private saline pool (12.5 x 6.5 x 1.6m depth) with security alarm. Lovely summer kitchen and seating area. BBQ. Plenty of parking. A second shared swimming pool and tennis court, - part of the private estate, - are also available to use at no extra charge.
This immaculate villa is a real gem with a high standard of fixtures and fittings consisting of a main house with a recently erected studio all for clients use. Main house consists of comfortable living/dining area with 2-seater sofas and superb wooden dining table for 6 people. Access to the terrace via french windows. Satellite TV, - video and CD-player. Lovely modern cottage style kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Bed 1: double. Bed 2: large double sofa bed, - access to terrace. Bath/shower room, - sep WC. Garage with washing machine and tumble drier. Independent studio leads from bed 2 and consists of living/bedroom area with large double sofa bed. Small kitchenette with microwave. Luxury shower/WC. Access to pool terrace. Cot available on request. Air conditioning available in the living room. Wireless Internet access, - clients must bring own lap top.
